Glentoran FC Fixtures: Full Guide to the 2023/24 Season

What's New for the Season?

Glentoran FC will be competing in the NIFL Premiership, the top tier of football in Northern Ireland, for the 2023/24 season. The Glens have made some exciting signings this summer, including Conor McMenamin from Cliftonville and Hrvoje Plum from NK Osijek. Glentoran will kick-off their Premiership campaign on Saturday, August 12, with a home match against Larne at The Oval. The Glens will be looking to make a strong start to the season and will be confident of getting a positive result against Larne.

Glentoran FC have released their fixtures for the 2023/24 season.

The Glens will begin their campaign with the UEFA Europa Conference League first qualifying round on July 20 or 27. If they progress, they will then face the winner of the tie between FC Budućnost Podgorica and FK Sutjeska Nikšić in the second qualifying round.

Glentoran's first Premiership match of the season will be away to Cliftonville on August 12.

The Glens will then face Larne at home on August 19, before a trip to Ballymena United on August 26.

Glentoran's first home match of the season will be against Crusaders on September 2.

The Glens will then face Linfield away on September 9, before a home match against Dungannon Swifts on September 16.

Glentoran's final match of the season will be away to Portadown on May 5.

Glentoran will be aiming to improve on their fifth-place finish in the Premiership last season.

The Glens have not won a major trophy since 2015, and they will be hoping to end that drought this season.

Glentoran will be facing some tough competition this season, but they will be confident of challenging for the title.
